= CA
A UK charitable organization formed in 1957 to provide independent and technically based guidance on the goods and services available to the public. The Consumers' Association tests and investigates products and services and publishes comparative reports on performance, quality, and value in its monthly magazine Which?. It also publishes Holiday Which? and Gardening From Which? as well as various books, including The Legal Side of Buying a House, Starting Your Own Business, and The Which? Book of Saving and Investing. The US equivalent is the Consumer Advisory Council.
